Gift Pro, Inc. is a wholesale business with over 18 years of operation. We design and sell custom souvenirs, licensed sports merchandise, and general gift items.
We are looking for a full-time employee to perform office and accounting related duties. Hours of operation are between 8 am and 4 pm week days.
Our offices and warehouse are located in Springfield Corners Commercial Development, at corner of Hwy 12 and Hwy 19.
We use Quickbooks Enterprise software for all accounting procedures as well as inventory management.
Responsibilities may include:
Process sales orders and invoicing of customers.
Reconcile accounts receivable and prepare deposits.
Process accounts payable.
Assist with customer service and taking phone orders.
Record incoming inventory and reconcile accounts payable.
2-3 years of general accounting and/or office experience.
Extensive experience with Quickbooks required.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
Must be a team player able to multi-task and help in different support areas.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Excellent organizational skills and attitude.
Pay to be determined based on experience. We offer paid holidays, vacation, and sick time.
