Experience and Retention Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated
Customer Data Governance Analyst.

Manager, responsible for Customer Data Governance and project enhancements.
What you’ll be doing
all aspects of business process management - the collection of client business
requirements and understanding of process flows to develop the most feasible
and cost-effective process
operational objectives by studying business functions; identifying gaps,
recommending process improvements and evaluating output requirements and
formats for streamlining day-to-day operations.
to design future state by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts
to lead fit-gap analysis workshops with business stakeholders
data governance policies and standards to ensure accuracy and quality of data
through all upstream and downstream data channels
communicate as Subject Matter Expert (SME) with Data Optimization team for
Customer Central and other databases, enterprise business teams and external
clients leveraging a full understanding of the various environment
deliverables. Optimization defined as ongoing hygiene analysis and augmentation
of data records to ensure accuracy, validity, accessibility, timeliness, and
with internal and external business /IT teams to analyze, troubleshoot and
solve problems related to data reconciliation
as lead Customer Central business consultant for customer data related TMS
Enterprise Marketing projects with minimal supervision. Consulting involves,
among other skills, effective listening, generating discussion to gather information,
negotiating and articulating resolutions or decisions with constructive
Collaborating with data excellence team to
build data quality dashboards and data metrics.
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) or equivalent professional work experience
Experience in systems planning or website development, including QA process
Business analysis experience and writing Business Requirements
Knowledge of Hyperion, SAS, OBIEE or other query tools, Tableau, SQL
Understanding of data warehousing concepts, relational databases, ETL processes
Technical experience in implementing tools and reporting solutions
Strong understanding of databases and data structures
Strong team player, well organized and able to handle multiple assignments and responsibilities simultaneously
Added bonus if you have
Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) reporting and marketing research
IT project management/ Agile experience
Information security management knowledge i.e. encryption, safety protocols
Compliance and policy management
