What's the role about?
As a Personal Stylist you model The Reiss Experience behaviors by providing exceptional and elevated service to every client. You are an expert at cultivating client relationships in a personalized way. Your mission is to inspire your clients by making their styling sessions exciting and collaborative, bringing their vision and needs to reality.
Who you are
- Have 3-5 years Personal Styling experience within a premium or luxury retailer

Have an established client book

Self-motivated, focused and driven to achieve team/individual goals

Have a Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a commission-based environment

Have a passion for styling, excellent product knowledge and the understanding of fit and fabrication
What you'll be doing
- Inspires clients through self-elevated personal style, offers expert styling advice and provides individualized experience with curated product recommendations

Identify business opportunities through local networking channels to curate events and experiences that are reflective of the interests of the local community to drive brand engagement

Possess and continue to maintain a strong client book and is adept at client retention
