FUNCTIONAL PURPOSE:
Manages a group of sales alliance personnel within an assigned region or area. Provides direction and guidance to sales alliance personnel in support of maximizing sales revenue, developing sales strategies, and implementing field sales processes. Manages workforce capability to ensure ongoing sales capacity and capability.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manages and provides direction and guidance to area-level Sales Alliance personnel to achieve strategic corporate and sales goals.
2. Manages the allocation and attainment of revenue goals to Sales Alliance personnel in specific product lines as determined by business unit owners.
3. Manages the development, implementation and continuous improvement of application specific sales strategies consistent with strategic, corporate, and sales direction.
4. Oversees the identification and implementation of sales contract opportunities for specific products; communicates sales opportunities to Manager, Sales Alliances.
5. Integrates with Headquarters resources such as Business Service Network, Pricing, and Operations to maximize market potential, solve systemic problems, implement seamless integration of new business, and drive Sales Alliance commercial revenue achievement.
6. Manages the development and implementation of medium to long range business plans in support of achieving commercial revenue and growth targets.
7. Manages the effective product delivery and implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of complex solutions in support of large and technical sales.
8. Collaborates with key business drivers to direct the development of situational sales collaterals for use with key decision makers to increase opportunity development.
9. Directs the development and interpretation of market evaluation and industry segment/company research to provide relevant and actionable market and competitive intelligence for corporate sales strategies.
10. Manages and reports on commercial sales customer satisfaction measurement programs and other related business metrics to improve contact strategy and business results.
11. Directs and guides field sales on performance measurement tools to drive revenue target achievement.
12. Manages the development and implementation of sales and retention strategies.

Pay: $124,480.00 - $143,030.00 per year
