Leading real estate brokerage seeks an office manager and marketing coordinator for the firm. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional presence are required. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, computer-savvy, and extremely organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The position is dynamic and multi-layered. You must have a desire to learn and work smart. Real estate experience is preferred.
Job duties include general marketing and administrative support for the company, including organizing and approving marketing collateral, appointment scheduling, database management, research, e-mail sorting, and phone coverage.
The office hours for this position are Monday through Friday, from 10-6 PM.
