Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in optical and contact lens sales.
- Educate patients about their frame and lens choices.
- Place orders and monitor their statuses closely.
- Communicate timely updates to patients regarding their eyewear orders.
- Adjust and repair eyeglass frames as required.
- Oversee frame and lens inventory management.
- Ensure patients receive efficient and top-notch service at all times.
What We Expect from You:
- Expertise in selecting frames and lenses, understanding vision insurances, placing eyewear orders, and performing frame adjustments and repairs.
- An approachable demeanor, coupled with a sales and goal-oriented mindset, always prioritizing the patient's best interest.
- A keen eye for fashion, with a passion for all things optical.
- Efficiency, organization, and a meticulous approach to tasks.
- Previous experience in the optometry or optical field is mandatory.
