Under supervision of the Retail Food & Beverage Manager and/or designated supervisor, provides support to the various concessions and bar locations throughout the facilities. Position requires an individual to have good people skills, customer service skills, positive attitude, and knowledge of food and bar preparation. Responsible for accurate accounting and all transactions and assist with location inventory controls.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Maintains inventory and supplies at assigned locations.
Maintains rules and regulations of Health and Sanitation laws, as well as safe storage procedures at all times.
Maintains rules and regulations of the Oklahoma ABLE commission when it comes to serving alcohol of any kind.
Maintains organization and cleanliness in all retail areas assigned.
Ensures non-profits, part time staff, 3rd parties, and temporary staff are accurately following our inventory procedures,
Assists workers with trouble shooting and all Retail F&B procedures.
Interact with other employees, customers and clients in a pleasant and professional manner.
Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring groups and employees are following proper procedures while working within the concession stands and bar locations.
Advises Retail Food & Beverage Manager and/or Supervisor when issues arise.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or GED certificate.
Three months related experience and/or training.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Food Handler's Permit or ability to obtain one upon hire.
Oklahoma ABLE Commission Liquor License or ability to obtain one upon hire.
Skills and Abilities

Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.
Basic working knowledge of food and beverage and food & bar preparation.
Basic math ability to accurately count and handle money.
Positive attitude and a neat and professional appearance.
Must speak and understand English.
Maintain an effective working relationship with clients, employees, exhibitors, patron and others encountered in the course of employment.
Ability to communicate and execute instructions via radio
Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form.
Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends, and holidays

Computer Skills

Ability to use Food and Beverage Appetize POS System accurately preferred.

This position requires stooping, lifting, and substantial walking. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
