Key Responsibilities:
Create and Update Visual Content:
- Develop both digital and print media, such as infographics, Story maps, articles, reports, and online content.
- Regularly update digital content to reflect current activities.
- Collaborate with program managers, project managers, Tribes, Alaska Native Villages, and internal teams to understand project objectives and create effective visual solutions.
Develop and Execute Visual and Written Content:
- Write scripts, storyboards, and creative briefs to effectively communicate key messages and engage the audience.
- Serve as a videographer, capturing high-quality video and audio for various projects.
- Enhance storytelling using animation techniques.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in visual storytelling.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources efficiently.
- Work with other creative professionals to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.
Manage Multimedia Production:
- Oversee the entire production process from planning to post-production editing.
- Maintain and organize photo and video archives with a systematic directory.
Qualifications:
- Experience in film, media production, communications, and visual storytelling.
- A strong portfolio showcasing skills in videography, animation, and creative writing.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- A passion for visual storytelling, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
- Experience with brand development and content strategy is a plus.

Pay: $64,368.00 - $68,270.00 per year
