Job Description:
The Other Path Retail Associates are responsible for performing sales and service functions for the store's new and existing customers. This includes extensive product knowledge and an understanding of cannabis/CBD science.
Essential Functions:

- Greet and establish rapport with customers — get to know them and seek to understand their interest in CBD, medicinally or recreationally.
- Assist customers in identifying the medicines and methods of medication that best fit their individual needs.
- Adhere to processes and maintain a professional and safe environment for customers and coworkers.
- Continue to enhance your knowledge of cannabis/CBD, and continually hone your ability to explain and recommend treatment procedures and product uses.
- Unpack, sort, count and label merchandise as directed, including items requiring special handling or refrigeration.
- Maintain cleanliness of station and facility.
- Maintain the professional appearance of the store by organizing merchandise on the sales floor, participating in basic store clean-up and developing efficiencies.
- Perform clerical tasks, including accurate filing, compiling, and maintaining inventory and records.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional retail setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as iPads/computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time or part-time position. Work hours are anytime between Monday through Sunday, 9:45 a.m. to 9:15 p.m.
Required Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED diploma and one to three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Retail/Sales experience.
- Knowledge of CBD and current products on the market is a huge plus.
- Associate degree
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
This position does not approve visa requirements, H1-B sponsorship, special clearances, etc. Submittal and clearance of drug and background screening to meet Company Policy expectation.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
