Bachelor's degree in an analytical field or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of analytical problem solving and program or operational management experience
8 years of work experience in analytically heavy strategy and operations environment
Knowledge of Ads agencies and channel partners landscape
Proven track record of leading, managing and executing critical analysis and up-leveling insights to senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

The Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Revenue Programs team is responsible for driving global insights and recommendations that unlock business growth for Google’s advertising business. The team leads the design, planning, and implementation of global business growth programs with cross-functional collaboration among sales leadership, marketing, product and engineering.
As a Partner Incentives Analyst for Regional Deals, you'll combine analytical expertise and business judgment to help drive profitable incentive agreements with our partners alongside your internal stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for oversight of contract agreements in your region. You will be responsible for ensuring proper due diligence of our partner incentives, making sure that our internal teams are adhering to our processes and procedures. You will work in a rapidly changing industry, tolerate ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders and demonstrate superb analytical problem solving with limited oversight. You will work alongside senior sales and finance stakeholders in presenting your proposals and demonstrating their impact.

Develop quarterly Named Account List list of eligible partners and internal projections of partner acquisition potential for deals
Partner with cross-functional teams for quarterly payout and conduct partner due diligence for potential deals including those that are underpacing and strategize on a turnaround plan
Conduct deep dives on quarterly performance and deal specific reviews. Lead the entire incentives lifecycle at a regional level, assisting team members and leadership to negotiate and structure complex partner incentive contracts
Innovate and improve on Google’s contracting processes. Have a strong analytical and project management background with a focus in operations
Interact with internal executives from relevant functions and manage internal approvals processes
