About Us:
Christian Tyler Properties, LLC (CTP) is a privately held, full-service real estate development, acquisition, investment, and management company based in Tampa, Florida. Since 1995, we have utilized a hands-on, value-added strategy to redevelop and re-position commercial retail and office, multi-family, senior care (assisted living and memory care), and residential subdivision properties into their highest and best use. Our company is also deeply involved in the EB-5 investor program, partnering with international investors to fund real estate development projects in high barrier-to-entry markets.
We focus on the Southeastern U.S., selectively undertaking ground-up development when market conditions are favorable. We are known for assembling an "A Team" of top-tier local third-party professionals for each project.
With over $1B in total developments and rising, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Strategic Operations Manager to manage the unexpected day-to-day challenges that arise and ensure the smooth operation of the office, particularly when the VP’s are overseas. This role will report directly to the VPs and will support the company’s overall efficiency by allowing them to focus on their strategic responsibilities. The ideal candidate will excel at handling unanticipated problems, assist with project management tasks, and handle any EB-5 or development related needs for the team.

- Provide support to senior leadership by managing and resolving issues, enabling the VPs to focus on higher-level decision-making and their core responsibilities.
- Ability to manage the office independently while the Vice Presidents are unavailable or overseas, ensuring all operations run smoothly and critical issues are addressed.
- Oversee various aspects of office operations, including vendor management, office maintenance, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
- Lead project management efforts, including tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and providing support to the team to keep projects on track.
- Assist with EB-5 program-related tasks, including documentation, coordination with international investors, and ensuring compliance with program requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to real estate development and the EB-5 Visa Program.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions to optimize operational effectiveness across the company.
- Serve as the liaison between different departments, ensuring efficient communication and alignment across teams.
- Proactively anticipate potential problems, think critically, and resolve issues quickly with a focus on minimizing disruption.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, operations management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of management experience in operations, project management, or a related role, preferably within real estate or a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unanticipated challenges and operational fires.
- Excellent project management skills, including experience tracking timelines and budgets.
- Experience with the EB-5 investor program or a willingness to quickly learn and manage program-related tasks.
- Proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues before they escalate.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain focus in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with project management tools is a plus.
Benefits:
