How You’ll Make an Impact:
Providing administrative support to the marketing department
Coordinating department billing
Maintaining “company store” inventory
Ordering marketing premiums, such as giveaways for tradeshows or gifts
Working with our industry marketing team to coordinate events, tradeshows and other tasks as assigned
Assisting with budget tracking
Maintaining firm marketing software subscriptions
Assisting with workflow monitoring utilizing the firm's project management software to ensure projects are on schedule
Assisting with Salesforce data entry
Arranging meetings, ensuring all participants are contacted, meeting rooms are prepared and services are provided
Preparing documents, including correspondence and presentations
Maintaining department communications, best practices, policies and procedures
Managing vendor relationships

Coordinating new hire procedures for department:
Name tags
Business cards
Associate photos

Your Desired Skills & Experiences:
Experience working in a fast-paced professional office environment
Prior experience working within a marketing department, highly preferred
Ability to quickly learn and master different software programs
Ability to work within a team environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task while providing outstanding customer service to internal clients
Ability to handle communications in a discrete and confidential manner
Ability to prioritize work, manage time, and work in a due-date driven environment
