We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Credit Union’s Marketing team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating, supporting and executing digital marketing campaign tactics through various online marketing channels to assist the marketing team in reaching credit union goals. The specialist will administer both the credit union and Nusenda Foundation websites, intranet, and other systems as needed to support digital communication efforts of the credit union. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and use this information to make recommendations regarding channel utilization, search engine optimization (SEO), and new technology as it arises. This position also works on the planning, execution, maintenance and optimization of Paid Per Click (PPC) advertising and its alignment to SEO in support of growing awareness of the credit union’s products and services.

Primary Responsibilities:
Administration of credit union and foundation websites, working with third party vendor(s) to develop and leverage content management techniques to ensure all pages are accurate, functional, and provide intuitive navigational ease to the end user.
Monitor and analyze online metrics, including online advertising and link analysis; support digital communication channels, recommend and implement changes regarding channel utilization, search engine optimization, and new technology as it arises.
Administer other digital communication channels such as email, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and local business directories, change as necessary for optimal performance; report and analyze results.
System administrator for member facing knowledge management and survey systems ensuring appropriate functionality, up to date information, and reporting.
Works cohesively with the marketing team and internal stakeholders to executive web strategy, data/reporting, and execution of change to all supported digital channels.
Five to eight years of similar or related experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field

Key Experience and Abilities include:
Previous experience managing Internet / intranet channels is a must.
Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Adobe Creative Cloud, SEO and SEM, Local SEO, CRM management, A/B and multi-variate testing, performance analytics, best practices for user experience design and content management.
Strong project management and excellent written/oral communication skills required to effective communicate with internal and external customers appropriately.
Understanding of advanced digital marketing principles, theory and application to marketing projects and assignments.
Experience in multi-tasking, meeting strict deadlines, dealing with sensitive information, and problem resolution while providing exceptional service.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and all internal systems as affiliated with the department.
Ability to adapt quickly to change and proactively communicate.
