A busy D.C. executive needs to hire a highly organized and experienced Personal and Family Assistant to join his team. Responsibilities include: calendar management, paying bills, planning and booking travel, researching and buying items as needed, correspondence with his other home and administrative staff, running errands, grocery shopping, coordinating children’s schedules, transportation, light meal prep, special projects and making sure that the home runs smoothly. Duties will be 80% personal assistant and 20% family assistant duties. This person will be acting as the gatekeeper to the principal’s life and must be discreet, honest, and have a clean driving record. Some work will be done remotely and the family does prefer local candidates. Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, be technology savvy and knowledgeable of Apple products. Schedule is Monday to Friday, approximately 45 hours a week, with some flexibility.
