The Success Factors Systems Analystassists with the implementation of Success Factors and provides ongoing support for all modules within Success Factors after go live. This position supports Benefit Focus for all functions related to benefits. The Success Factors Systems Analystunderstands how other HR-related systems work with Success Factors. This position works closely with other members of the SAP team including support for Payroll, FI/CO, Materials Management, Security and ABAP. The incumbent works to clearly understand all requirements and offer appropriate solutions.

Contributes to activities that support development across all SAP modules; participates in system support meetings including status meetings within IS and with business owners
Works with end users to gather requirements and to get a full understanding of the user requests
Works with technical team on problem analysis and issue resolution
Works with employee central, on-boarding, recruitment and benefits
Designs, develops and tests documents
Implements SAP WRICEF solutions
Coordinates programming requests, report generation and training needs; serves as a liaison with other departments, vendors and consultants
Identifies system logic; analyzes and debugs system problems, queries and reports
Evaluates performance of technical objects and tunes objects for better performance
Communicates with other Information Services staff and management regarding all technical aspects of data resources
Documents system specific processes and operational concerns as directed by management
Prepares and submits regular status reports to the SAP Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience
Five years of experience in a similar role supporting a medium to large corporation is preferred and may be accepted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
Previous experience with SAP-HCM, Success Factors Employee Central, or a combination of the two
Experience supporting HR-PA, HR-Benefits, and HR-Payroll
Hands on experience with at least one full life cycle implementation of modules above
