We are a sales-focused, family-owned, independent insurance agency with locations in Rhinebeck, Pine Plains, and Millerton. We are looking to add a member to the team. The position available is a personal lines account representative. The primary responsibility of this position is to serve our personal lines clients. The representative we hire will assess and advise clients and prospective clients on their current needs and help have those needs met with the appropriate insurance products or package update. The position also is expected to generate new business when the opportunity presents itself – both internally with existing customers and externally by bringing in new customers. There’s no limit to your success potential.

Compensation structure is base pay plus a new and renewal commission agreement. Along with this we offer individual multi-tier incentive plans.

- A NYS Insurance license is not required for application but it is preferred.
- A NYS Insurance License would be required after hire.
