Position: Counter Sales

NAPW is currently seeking reliable, driven, individuals to fill the position of Counter Help.

Ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Knowledge of Auto Parts
Demonstrated success providing excellent customer service
MUST have a positive CAN-DO attitude!
The Counter Help position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supplying customers with timely & accurate information regarding accounts, products, rates, & services offered.
Engages with both counter & phone customers to fully identify needs
Provides quotes & order information to customers
Processes & enters orders in system using relevant computer software
Demonstrates knowledge of product
Provides technical advice, troubleshoots, & finds solution to the customer's problem
Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Bend, reach, lift, & climb ladders/steps
