The Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for the active recruiting cycle for their assigned region and line of business. This individual will work closely with the Manager of Talent Acquisition to screen, interview and offer quality sales/or service talent in a contact center environment. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in creatively recruiting, developing and maintaining a pipeline of quality candidates in a geographically dispersed organization. The position will provide staffing support for Progrexion and its affiliated companies. The person in this position reports to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and will partner directly with Call Center Managers in order to meet hiring goals.
Strong communication and influencing skills, the ability to execute strategies and tactics, organize processes, think analytically and report on recruiting story.
Act as subject matter expert around all things related to hiring and onboarding of talent.
Proactively source and screen passive and active candidates using various techniques.
Identify quality candidates by conducting telephone and in person interviews to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and culture fit, etc.
Oversee Employee Referral process-to include contests and bonus payouts.
Develop creative recruiting resources and cultivate relationships to draw in candidates when resume flow is low.
Build a diverse pipeline of potential candidates by pro-actively networking.
Ensure all hiring numbers and quality of work expectations are being met.
Coordinate open positions within iCIMS, update and track from open to fill.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure hiring goals are being met.
Ensure background/drug test, etc.-are in compliance with company policies and State/Federal guidelines.
Calibrate with business partners in review of candidate and new hire quality.
Partner with key individuals to influence hiring practices within the organization.
Understands HR policy and practices – benefits, work rules, pre-offer requirements, etc.
Deliver business reviews and presentations related to talent acquisition.
Willing to jump in with ideas, support, etc. with all lines of business to achieve overall recruiting and company objectives.
Collaborate with manager on talent acquisition initiatives.
Share findings, best practices, source effectiveness, and trends in the marketplace with peers in other markets.
Strong focus on relationship building, both internal and external.
Ability to champion employment brand in all settings with a strong focus on candidate experience.
Knowledgeable of job market trends as it relates to regional talent acquisition strategies.
Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 1+ years recruiting/ talent acquisition experience, contact center environment preferred.
Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Prior experience with Boolean, X-Ray and/or other talent attraction strategies.
PHR/CIR/PRC (desired) or other course related work.
Ability to work with all levels management.
