OVERVIEW
Front of House (FOH) Team Leader
The FOH Team Leader will assist the General Manager with directing the daily operations of the FOH restaurant, ensuring compliance with the company standards in all areas of operation. RESPONSIBILITIES
· Effectively manage Pacific Catch, Inc. restaurant and team members within the policies and guidelines of the company
· Be the face of Pacific Catch, Inc.: inviting guests in with warm welcome and always aiming to delight and surprise our guests with our Aloha-inspired hospitality
· Completion of daily, weekly, and monthly operational, administrative, and HR-related duties
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
· 4+ years of full-service restaurant hospitality experience, with 2 years in management in other successful, high-volume restaurants
· You possess a proven track record of effectively and empathetically training, mentoring, and managing employees
· Technology savvy: comfortable with MS Office, Google Apps/programs, & Toast POS, use of tablets and/or handheld devices
· Hold yourself to high standards and expect the same from your Team Members
PHYSICAL
· Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length.
· Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
COMPENSATION
· $24.00 - $36.00 Per Hour
· This position will work an average of 5 hours of overtime per week based on company needs; the pay scale provided includes the expected overtime rate. However, please be aware that there is no guarantee of hours for any Pacific Catch employee, as hours will be distributed based on business needs and may vary accordingly.
SCHEDULE
This is a full-time, hourly position, working a 40-hour week, plus 7.5 hours of scheduled overtime.
TRAINING
Training will be provided by Pacific Catch, Inc. at one or several Pacific Catch locations.
