Job Description

Title: Desktop Support Technician

Salary Range: (Dependent on experience)

Some local travel may be required

Some overtime may be required

Must be knowledgeable of the following:

  • Citrix XenDesktop
  • PC Hardware and peripherals
  • Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 10 operating systems
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • LAN connectivity/Troubleshooting Experience
  • Vendor Support
  • Network Printer support
  • Mobile Devices/Tablets (Android, iOS)

  • Be able to troubleshoot issues in an efficient manner
  • Ability to disassemble computer hardware and reassemble

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-Starter

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ability to troubleshoot software, hardware and connectivity issues on location as well as remotely
  • Ability to understand & articulate root cause of user issues
  • Build, upgrade, deploy, test, maintain, troubleshoot and repair computer equipment/peripherals including desktops, laptops, scanners and printers
  • Install, upgrade, deploy, test, maintain and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems, including Microsoft Windows 7, and 10
  • The ability to take on small projects from start to finish
  • Keep Knowledge Base and process documentation up-to-date
  • Work closely with the team to resolve or properly close aging tickets
  • Ensure the highest level of user satisfactionRequirements:


  • Bachelors degree

Minimum of 1-2 years of technical background in professional environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 /year
