Unique Vacations, Inc., the affiliate to the Worldwide Representatives for Sandals, Beaches, and Grand Pineapple Resorts, is currently looking for a Coordinator.

Sandals & Beaches Resorts are located on 7 idyllic island destinations spanning the Caribbean – Jamaica, Saint Lucia, Bahamas, Barbados, Grenada, Turks & Caicos, and Antigua. Manage the workflow in the creative process to execute collateral efficiently while maintaining content accuracy, quality control, and creative integrity.


  • Manage all projects through various stages of development, including, but not limited to, defining tasks, and allocating resources to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain and facilitate effective communication processes between accounts, copy and design teams
  • Provide team members with all necessary specifications and assets to efficiently and effectively execute requests
  • Oversee designers workload ensuring continued productivity
  • Effectively communicate creative feedback from the Creative Director and Studio Manager
  • Manage review process by proofreading creative deliverables (copy and artwork/production materials), ensuring accuracy of content, brand messaging and creative quality
  • Hold status meetings with the creative team to facilitate a strong workflow
  • Work on ad hoc projects as necessary

  • Ability to train, assist and motivate staff
  • Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Basic MAC experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of photography and videography
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) a plus
  • Must be able to travel domestic and international, 10% or as needed.

  • Ability to interact with all levels of employees, vendors, other UVI offices, etc.
  • Above average attention to detail


Outlined below are the academic qualifications and length and type of experience deemed necessary by Unique Vacations Inc. in order to perform the role of Coordinator, Creative Services competently.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Communications or Advertising from a four-year College or University
  • Experience: Two to three years in an Ad Agency
  • Experience: Three to five years’ experience in a creative execution role.
