We are looking for a DevOps Automation Engineer to join our rapidly growing Engineering team.

As a DevOps Automation Engineer, you will be exposed to all facets of the business and be encouraged to learn and develop skills both within and beyond your role. You’ll be working in one of the most collaborative offices in Center City Philly, developing and working with machine learning technology, surrounded by passionate, high-performing individuals.

The DevOps Automation Engineer candidate is an intelligent, motivated person that enjoys collaborating with talented co-workers to solve complex problems and make a meaningful impact on a team.

Experience building and deploying containers (Docker) and working with orchestration platforms (Kubernetes)
Experience designing and implementing Continuous Integration (Jenkins) and Deployment (CI/CD)
Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or a comparable cloud services provider, and an understanding of the different services that AWS offers
Experience working with software engineers and test engineers to setup and maintain development and test environments

Experience with scripting languages like Python
Terraform, Ansible, or similar infrastructure DSL languages
Linux/Unix command line utilities and shell scripting
Open source UI and API test automation frameworks
SQL and relational databases
Experience creating and managing and test data
Experience in startup environments
Experience in the advertising/ad tech industry

As a DevOps Automation Engineer on our Test Engineering team, you will be responsible for working with software development teams to design, implement, and maintain automated build and test solutions using current CI/CD and Docker-based cloud technologies.

Function as a subject matter expert on Continuous Integration processes and solutions
Implement CI/CD solutions that enable software engineers and test engineers to automate software build, test and deployment processes
Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of a Jenkins CI/CD platform running in Kubernetes
Develop Docker-based software development and test environments
Follow and help improve Sidecar's standards for design, coding, testing, and documentation
