The MBA Brand Marketing Intern will report into the US Marketing group within GHH’s Hospital & Specialty business unit.
The US Marketing group works closely with internal groups, including Market Research and Promotions, and external groups to understand the opportunities and challenges of an ever-changing pharmaceutical market and to develop and lead the implementation of US product strategies.
The MBA Brand Marketing Intern will/may:
Make operational contributions to assigned area which may include Strategic Marketing, Brand Management, New Product Planning, and Communications Management
Participate in financial planning and management activities such as budget management, forecasting, business case development, and P&L analysis
Gain knowledge of internal/external challenges to improve product marketing offerings
Solve complex problems in assigned area
Work independently; receive minimal guidance
Promote teamwork and open discussion of issues
Interpret customer needs, assess requirements, and identify solutions

Interns will have the opportunity to be considered for full-time positions, which may include acceptance into our Accelerated Development Program (ADP) for the US commercial market that focuses on broadening business acumen through business unit rotations in account management, finance, commercial analytics, contracting and marketing.
This is a full- time intern position. Housing subsidy is not available as part of this program and must be funded 100% by the student.
Education Minimum Requirement:
Required Experience and Skills:
- Candidate must have a BA or BS Degree
- Candidate must be currently enrollment in an MBA program; preferred focus in: Healthcare Management, Marketing, Strategy
- Candidate must have completed one year of MBA coursework by Summer 2019 and be registered for the Fall 2019 Semester
Candidates are required to have 1 years’ work experience/relevant internship experience in one or more of the following:
