Job Description:Job Summary:
Analyze how each Hay Creek property and brands are positioned in the digital market and grow targeted consumer’s insights. Align each property around the company’s brand direction, choices and tactics.
Provide brand ownership and the vision, mission, goals and strategies to drive online conversions.
Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies for online packages, restaurants, weddings, and meetings. Lead monthly marketing meetings for each property. Ensure marketing strategy is in place, working closely with property DOS and GMs.
Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies utilizing print, email blasts, DRM, and social media. Drive property managers towards social media growth through training, suggestions, and scheduled follow-up. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Develop and create motivating stimulus through new website launches, monthly email blasts, and highly targeted campaigns.
Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
Oversee marketing and advertising activities for print and digital campaigns to ensure consistency with product line strategy, including updating all property websites with imagery and content seasonally or to support overall strategy.
Monitor online market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
Design print ads, traditional collateral, and banner ads according to property brand standards.
Oversee photoshoots and gather content to keep online strategies up-to-date and on budget.
Understand and monitor best practices for to optimize SEO ratings in all OTAs including imagery, key words, and people-friendly copy.
Manage the partnership with contractors to organize and execute social media strategies on key social media platforms. Bridge communication with properties and analyze trending and customer behavior.

5+ years Digital Marketing experience
Lifestyle brand experience, hospitality preferred
Leadership skills a must, with strong follow-up sales driven mentality
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
Highly creative with ability to think out of box
Formal presentation development and public speaking
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with a strong knowledge of Google Analytics (Create and analyze PPC/DRM and Google Adwords)
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships and communicate with executive managers
Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices on digital media, including paid search, direct remarketing, third party email creation, SEO/SEM and social media
Advanced understanding of working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
Experience designing print and banner ads, including strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite
Experience in user interface with experience in CMS systems required (Wordpress, Umbuntu, Drupal, or Joomla)
Advnaced knowledge of Social Media Platforms for Business accounts
Experience in online business listing optimization
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. Microsoft Publisher experience required.
Experience with third party email systems (Mailchimp, Constant Contact) required
Excellent command of the English language, proven ability to furnish professional web content
Photography experience a plus
Digital/Graphic design experience preferred (experience in Adobe Photoshop required, working knowledge of InDesign and Illustrator a plus)
Willingness to travel 10%
BS/MS degree in marketing, business, or a related field
