Digital Content and Data Manager

We are looking for a creative and analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As the Content + Data Manager, you will oversee the development of content and data systems. You will create, improve, and maintain content and data that raises brand awareness and utilizes metrics to identify best practices. The Content + Data Manager will administer the company’s digital marketing via content development and data analytics. Administration includes but is not limited to:

  • Deliberate planning, strategy, and goal setting
  • Development of brand awareness and digital footprint
  • Content management (including website, social, email)
  • SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic
  • Data analytics and reporting


  • Effectively engage vast audiences via multiple platforms
  • Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layout
  • Create and publish engaging content
  • Edit, proofread and improve bloggers’ posts
  • Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency
  • Optimize content according to SEO
  • Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics
  • Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
  • Develop a content calendar and ensure brand consistency
  • Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
  • Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw target audience's attention
  • Develop and implement procedures for effective data management
  • Guarantee adherence to legal and company regulations
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate information and data systems that could affect analytical results
  • Manage all data files
  • Continually develop data management strategies
  • Assist with recognizing and upholding digital security systems


  • Proven work experience in marketing, content management, and/or data management
  • Ability to decipher and organize large amounts of data
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office, Google Drive, and Asana
  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Familiarity with social media, especially Pinterest and YouTube
  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, nontechnical terms


  • BS in Journalism, Marketing, Computer Science or relevant field preferred
  • Videography/photography experience preferred
  • Social media marketing experience preferred
  • Graphic design experience preferred


Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
