Oversee and manage all aspects of the packaging line by providing quality training to your team and ensuring efficiency of the packaging process.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You create a positive, fun and encouraging environment and provide both positive and constructive feedback.
- You ensure that high-quality product is packed on a daily basis and that customers receive the correct product.
- You ensure that all necessary forms and documents, including sanitation checklists, are prepared and accurately completed daily.
- You do whatever it takes to help the entire packaging room accomplish its production goals and running smoothly and look for ways to improve and/or simplify the process.
TOOLKIT/SKILLS REQUIRED:
- You are dependable and able to make sound and often difficult decisions.
- You are an effective communicator and positively interact with the packaging team members.
- You are observant and attentive to details.
- You understand how equipment works and are able to train and teach team members.
- You are a team player and willing to do whatever it takes to get the honey packed.
