The iTeam Analyst works with the application project managers, product vendors and overall implementation team toward completion of the analysis, design, development, creation, testing and implementation of Centra's Electronic Health Records (EHR) project. The iTeam Analyst will be responsible for accuracy of work, attending project meetings, and meeting project deliverables, as a participant in the decision making process, as it relates to the implementation of the new HER system. This role will serve as a liaison between the user community and the implementation team. The position will require working extended hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, as needed. Some travel may be required.
High School diploma or equivalent.
College coursework or bachelor's degree
Working knowledge of applicable department or specialty area.
Must have an aptitude in computers and manual dexterity in operation of data entry devices and other office equipment.
Demonstrated ability to be accountable for outcomes.
Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate with multiple levels within the organization.
Current super-user of EHR applications.
Minimum 3 years' experience in healthcare related field.
Passion for technology/experience with EHR systems.
Analytical skills - ability to breakdown workflow into steps.
Ability to work with little to no supervision.
Experience supporting go-live/upgrades.
