MTM, Inc. continues to grow and we are seeking a Director, Business Implementation!

The Director, Business Implementation will strategically manage implementations, expansions and/or terminations of new and existing Clients using a Client centric approach across all market segments. The Director, Business Implementation will lead staff directly and indirectly as well as interface directly with Clients, Consultants, internal stakeholders and senior leadership to execute project management activities, communicate status, and escalate issues and risks as appropriate. The Director, Business Implementation will identify and lead corporate process improvements, transformational activities and new product integrations cross functionally.

This position is located at our office in Lake St. Louis, Missouri.

Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction, leadership, on-going coaching, and oversight for Client implementations, expansions, and termination
Establish and adhere to standardized procedures related to the implementation of MTM products and business transformation projects
Partner with internal leaders to manage and prioritize Client needs and implement solutions
Develop and maintain strong inter-company relationships to ensure superior Client services and project delivery
Drive operating disciplines by demonstrating results oriented outcomes at individual and team level
Develop and present presentations for new business Client visits
Partner across the company to drive, manage and coordinate projects / milestones from inception through operational deployment and successful tactical execution
Manage and understand Client expectations and service needs, building a sustainable positive relationship and delivering superior services
Identify Client risks, implement a mitigation / action plan and drive improved outcomes
Ensure ongoing, thorough communication with senior leadership
Conduct successful Client readiness reviews
Monitor, track and report project status and performance
Investigate, research and resolve problems by analyzing trends and developing project specific solutions
Actively manage project / program risks, issues, dependencies, and implement process improvements
Collaborate across company to communicate and accomplish project objectives, anticipating short and long - term business demands
Ensure direct reports are performing to KPI’s and position expectations
Maximizing resources to provide cost effective and quality driven solutions to Clients, including planning for peak volume
Agile and waterfall project execution
Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations based on lessons learned and identify both successful and unsuccessful project elements and establish best practices for project execution path

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
10+ years project management implementation experience
5+ years of cross functional resource management experience
5+ years of Client relationship management experience
3+ years of direct staff management
Strong analytical experience
Experience working in the managed care industry, preferred
Six Sigma or related certification preferred
PMP certification or experience managing projects preferred
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
