Sous Chef

Seeking an experienced Sous Chef to work along side our Executive Chef. Must have leadership experience in a busy kitchen with excellent sauté, knife & prep skills and ability to work with speed and efficiency. Fine dining experience preferred. Your schedule will be Tuesday-Saturday's working a minimum of 35 hours per week plus covering for our Executive Chef as needed. Guaranteed Sunday & Monday's off! After 90 days of successfully meeting the job requirements, you will receive a $500 cash bonus.

We are a small staff who take pride in working in the hospitality industry and maintaining a guest first attitude at all times. You will work in an Expo kitchen so professional appearance is a must. Our restaurant is part of the historic Redmond hotel project which will open up even more dynamic opportunities for future growth with our restaurant.
