We are seeking a dynamic, team-oriented and eager intern that is in a four-year undergraduate degree program or a recent college graduate to join our consulting team. The length of the internship is 16-20 hours per week for 12-15 weeks. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to play an active role in workforce development and business consulting. You will be paired with our team of Senior Consultants and work directly with our Director of Curriculum Development and Training supporting current and future projects.
Scope of Position
To support our consulting team with a variety of project tasks ensuring we exceed customer expectations and meet project plan deadlines.
To support our Director of Curriculum Development and Training with organizing, cataloging, and revising project related documents.
Conduct research and organize findings to support proposal writing, curriculum projects, or reports
Update, create, and manage Excel databases to support project plans, utilization charts, survey data, etc.
Analyze data and write summary reports
Create surveys using online software that utilize logic and survey design theory
Revise and update previous curriculum to either customize or de-customize branding
Create student and instructor guides from training curriculum
Proofread and revise project materials
Transfer files from one storage system to another, following a specific organizational and coding system
Support data entry, scanning, and printing needs
Print and organize participant materials for upcoming trainings
Take notes during meetings and create agendas as needed
Create process flows or charts to organize information
Interface with consulting customers as needed
Test E-Learning courseware for user experience, making suggestions for changes and edits to ensure interactivity
Support other project specific tasks based on interest and need

Ability to be highly organized and detail-oriented, follow deadlines, juggle multiple tasks, take initiative and manage personal workload
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Excellent research skills and ability to learn new tasks quickly
Must be comfortable speaking to wide ranges of audiences
Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision
Good interpersonal skills
