Your Role at YES!
The YES! Communities Division Operations Manager (DOM) is one of the most highly involved, highly demanding, and highly rewarding positions in the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for a multitude of operational and financial duties that include budget planning and preparation, monthly financial statements analysis, inventory management, and monthly bonus and commission calculation. You will be directly involved in active communication with both the Division VP and the Regional and Community Managers to address and assist in resolving any issues that may come up from time-to-time. In addition, you will also be the main point person for updates and changes within your division (personnel or otherwise) and will be depended on when setting, monitoring, and assisting the teams to achieve monthly and quarterly goals. Relationships are everything in this role so you will be asked to travel and visit the different communities within your division and should expect anywhere between 7 to 10 trips per year.

The ideal candidate would need to have proven leadership qualities, ranging from excellent interpersonal skills, to effective judgement, to effective quality communication. This individual would need to work well under pressure, delivery quality work within a tight deadline, and work effectively and efficiently within a collaborative environment. Successful DOM’s are hyper organized multi-taskers who can jump from one priority to the next and effectively communicate and plan for potential issues that may arise. You need to have a high-level of working knowledge of various computer software programs, especially Microsoft Office. And lastly, this role requires a true master of relationship building as your success will highly depend on how well and effective you work with the various community and regional leaders you interface with on a regular basis.
