Our Account Managers enjoy:
Ownership of client relationships & strategy: Account Managers are the internal go-to resource for all things clients! Responsible for the strategic tactics, relationships, and budget management, Account Managers' client budgets range from hundreds to thousands of dollars per month. Integrated digital marketing strategies for our clients include SEO, social media, paid digital advertising, and more.
Strategic collaboration on digital marketing & advertising: Account Managers collaborate with digital advertising analysts, content specialists, graphic designers, web developers, account coordinators and many more to create effective digital marketing campaigns that help our clients' businesses grow.
Autonomy and team-oriented atmosphere: Daily and weekly team meetings, as well as our open office space, contribute to frequent and collaborative discussion of how we can all improve together. Account Managers are allowed autonomy to make decisions for their clients once they've demonstrated their effectiveness.
Commission / upsell opportunities: With a focus on growing client businesses and therefore marketing investments, Account Managers are able to earn commissions for increasing client budgets or selling existing clients new services.
Training & tools: We provide training on both our services and our processes, as well as tools to make your job efficient including custom software and CRMs in which client projects and tasks are tracked and organized.
Proven success in several industries: We have successful clients across a spectrum of industries with a heavy hand in medical, legal, and tourism.
At least 2 years of full time work experience managing client relationships in an agency, marketing company, or other B2B company
Confident presentation style and ability to demonstrate expertise effectively via teleconference or in person meetings
Skilled at relationship building and daily management of client
Excellent conflict resolution skills
Proactive communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written
High attention to detail
Independent ability to prioritize and manage time
High level of computer proficiency on Mac (including Google Docs & Microsoft Office)
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, digital media or a commensurate level of experience
Strategic digital marketing experience
Experience with marketing budget allocation
Experience in successful project management or coordination
Familiarity with a Customer Relationship Management / task management system (SugarCRM, SalesForce, Hubspot CRM)
