We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence, drive engagement, and foster community growth across platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling, able to think both strategically and tactically, and have a deep understanding of how to use social media to achieve business objectives.

Strategy Development: Create, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies that align with company goals and enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Content Creation: Develop engaging content (images, videos, text) tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), collaborating with the creative and marketing teams.

Community Engagement: Actively engage with our community across all social platforms by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using social media analytics tools. Generate reports on key performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and follower growth.

Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging platforms to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertisements, to drive specific KPIs such as brand awareness, lead generation, or sales.

Collaborations & Partnerships: Manage influencer and partnership relationships, including identifying potential collaborators and maintaining ongoing relationships with brand ambassadors.

Crisis Management: Manage the brand’s online reputation by addressing negative feedback, escalating issues when necessary, and ensuring timely resolution.

Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
