Everdays is seeking an innovative and experienced VP of Marketing to join our rapidly growing company to lead our entire marketing effort for both consumers and channel audiences. The Director of Marketing will work closely with the executive team on everything from determining the overall brand strategy and messaging down to executing fully integrated campaigns for the business. This role requires both entrepreneurial execution and strategic planning, the ideal candidate is able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others and fully manage the marketing department operations, inclusive of strategy, talent, and budgets.
Our product platform has had a transformational effect on families by making conversations more meaningful and accessible. Through experiential brand strategies you will help us communicate our brand vision and inspire our customers, partners and internal teams.
Brand strategy: Everdays is revolutionizing how people communicate in some of their most affecting times. By creating our consumer brand strategy from ground-up, you'll be instrumental in defining new cultural paradigms.
Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, ensuring it is aligned with wider company marketing plans and pursue aggressive growth targets.
Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy with the marketing team - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
Lead efforts to design valuable content for all customer and channel touch-points, including our web presence, social media channels and other owned, earned and paid media platforms.
Set and achieve strategic goals related to consumer and channel audiences through 360 marketing campaign initiatives.
Define our brand positioning and messaging to consumer and channel audiences, creating compelling content to help our audience understand our value proposition, and build the right demand generation programs to increase awareness and adoption of these services.
Develop content roadmap for website, blog, and social media sites.
Serve as a the point of contact for 3rd party marketing agencies and public relation inquiries.
Customer Acquisition and Retention: As we continue make our products more closely aligned to consumer needs, we're always looking to scale. We're aggressively implementing strategies to reach more families and partners to deliver our vision as a global brand.
Help increase web visibility and traffic for the Everdays brand and increase conversion rates.
Use PPC, SEO, email campaigns, blogs, social media and other digital platforms to generate leads.
Own and curate content for both channel partners and consumers. Test messages and experiences to optimize Everdays brand and increase customer engagement
Understand analytics and measure ROI. Analyze marketing plan and performance using KPIs.
Ensure marketing plan is aligned with marketing budget.
Team management and cross-team collaboration: As a young high-growth company, each employee creates a significant impact on our brand culture. You will develop our internal branding and communications standards to continue nurturing our inspired culture.
Lead and manage the marketing team. Communicate continually and consistently to manage and get the best results from the marketing team through weekly and one on one meetings to set goals and prioritize tasks.
Work closely with the Partner Success department and providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations.
Recommend improvements and new features to the Product department based on consumer research and feedback. Work closely with the Product department to define marketing materials and programs.
Work closely with the Human Resources department to develop and maintain company branding. Assist in the hiring process by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and creating any screening tests for applicants.
Required qualifications and skills:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
10+ years digital marketing experience in roles requiring data analysis, process improvements, creative problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
5+ years of experience in running a marketing team.
5+ years marketing funnel optimization and analytics
Proven marketing campaign experience in B2B and B2C preferably in the TMT (telecom, media, technology) sector.
Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Experience with scaling operations via social media marketing and content marketing.
