As a Bath Installer you will play a crucial role in the renovation of bathrooms, embodying our commitment to exceeding customer expectations and setting the bar for excellence in the industry.
Responsibilities

Conversions of bath to shower installations which include demo, plumbing, tile and more

Understand how to install acrylic and composite shower surrounds and perform shower valve Installation of showers pans and bathtubs

Perform daily check-ins and monthly one-on-ones with staff and ensure your team has everything they need to perform their job effectively

Work with multiple departments, customers, and installers to coordinate and manage the installation of in-home bath remodeling projects
Qualifications
-
2+ years of plumbing experience (required)

2+ years of carpentry, drywall, framing, tile, painting, electrical (preferred)

High standard of integrity and professionalism
-
Must be customer service driven

Must be able to pass a background screening

Must have a valid driver's license with valid vehicle insurance

Must be in good physical condition with no limits on bending, stooping, walking, standing, and ability to lift up to 50lbs
