Florida Autism Center (FAC) is looking to hire a Vice President of Operations as part of our executive leadership team. Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, the Vice President of Operations will lead the coordination of business operations for FAC to achieve company financial and clinical operational goals. This individual will achieve these goals by providing support of the company's goals and objectives through promotion of organizational growth while ensuring the continued delivery of quality clinical services.

What is the role of Vice President of Operations look like at FAC?
The Vice President of Operations will work with the Chief Operations Officer, leadership team and regional management team to oversee the daily operations of all of FAC centers by ensuring the MOST effective care and treatment of our clients and their families. In this role, you will be a dynamic leader that provides leadership over regional operational team by motivating achievement of performance goals in a manner that aligns with FAC's mission and values.
How do I know if I'm a good fit?
A successful Vice President of Operations candidate will possess or show proficiency in the following areas.
Bachelors Degree with at least 10 years' experience & successful track record in a senior program management role
Experience in organizational management
Analytic and decisive decision maker with ability to prioritize and communicate objectives and goals effectively
Passionate and persusaive communicator with excellent public speaking skills
Demonstrated transformational leadership and team development
Demonstrated implementation of, and routine cadence around, tracking KPIs
MBA or post-graduate degree beneficial
Prior experience in the Applied Behavior Analysis arena
Develop team to the next level by ensuring assigned staff fully understand projects, providing effective feedback to staff (positive and critical)
Committment to quality programs and data-driven program evaluation
Promote a positive environment for staff and identify and work with firm management to address any issues that are creating barriers to an optimal work environment for all staff
Consistently demonstrate ability to successfully move into problem-solving mode whenever challenges or concerns arise
Work well with and demonstrate respect for colleagues at all levels and consistently contribute to a positive work environment for all staff
