- Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year plus performance bonuses
- Finding hiring and training team members
- Meet with each team member regularly for evaluation and training
- Addressing problems with team members and find solutions.
- Cultivate a great culture that team members enjoy working at
- Manage workload for 4-5 crews and time off
- Track daily production and revenue and hit our daily, weekly, and monthly benchmarks
- Meet with clients as needed and resolve problems that may arise
- Oversee equipment maintenance
- Help balance sales, workload, and capacity
- Work towards more efficient and better ways to serve our clients and provide a great environment for our team members
- Perform estimates as needed
- Work in the field with crews part time to help train and insure quality
- Start an irrigation maintenance division
- Comunicate with our office manager and work together to streamline the company
