About the Job:
As a Senior Recruiter you will be a sourcer, brand ambassador and advisor. You will work directly with our Partners to help build out hiring strategies across the US. You will also have an opportunity to make a real impact as we continue to grow the business. This is a full life-cycle role, where you will be given the opportunity to create and deliver a best in class candidate experience.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Source and identify active and passive candidates through various channels
Develop strong relationship with hiring managers to understand the business, identify gaps in skill sets and create strategic hiring plans to address those gaps
Ensure a best in class candidate experience with transparency, timely follow-up and communication
Partner with the business to evaluate our current assessment process and tools and make recommendations on how to best evolve our practices
Devise our go-to market approach and build out Capco’s Employer Brand
Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
Create excitement!! Be an Ambassador for Capco!
Ensure standardization and consistency of recruiting practices and policies
Manage an efficient and effective process, utilizing our ATS and other tools.
What You’ll Bring with You:
4-5 years of full cycle in-house recruiting experience
Experience independently partnering and collaborating with Leadership on hiring strategies and initiatives
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to establish trust and credibility
Experienced/skilled in the utilization of various sourcing channels, including direct, internet and networking sourcing
Results driven and metrics oriented
Successfully navigates in a fast-paced, nimble environment
An aptitude for problem solving and independent thinking
Able to prioritize and manage time effectively
Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills
