Our Sales Associates serve as a point of contact between the company and our customers, assisting them through all aspects of their purchase. Fry's Electronics retails over 50,000 electronic items with 34 superstores ranging in size from 50,000 to 180,000 square feet, as well as our online presence at Frys.com. Role of the Full-Commission Retail Sales Associate
Fry's Electronics Full-Commission Retail Sales Associates are expected to represent Fry's Electronics' products and services to our customers using a friendly and professional approach. The associate will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer concerns, and using various software applications to make inquiries and research information for our customers. Full-Commission Retail Sales Associates assist customers by offering products, services, delivery and installation, and other promotions to find the solution that best fits the customer's needs. Full-Commission Retail Sales Associates are also expected to assist in maintaining displays, stocking, and other duties related to sales.
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Professional and courteous demeanor
A minimum of 6 months of sales experience
Intermediate level of PC knowledge and experience using word-processing, email, and Internet Explorer or a similar web browser
Basic knowledge of computers and consumer electronics-related products
