Job Summary:
Responsible for increasing revenues, profits and new patients through growing the number of referrals and the number of primary and secondary referral sources in large geographic territories and multiple product lines. Develops business with local referral sources, medical groups, employers, Case Managers, Third Party Administrators, Provider Relations professionals and local payor groups.

Essential Functions:
Perform daily activity of calling on a minimum of 6 visits per day ? 80% were physicians, other 20% all other referral sources.
Exceed NP/IE Non Cap targets as documented in the annual budget file.
Utilizing the RMT file, identify and prioritize primary and secondary referral targets within the sales territory.
Assist (Clinical Operations Directors, Center Managers, and staff) in developing sales plans and strategies to further service and maintain primary and secondary referral targets and achieve market, center and territory goals. Manage territory plan to increase business from targeted and existing referral or contract services.
By utilizing MS Outlook, report weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to COD, SBDM & CM?s on activities that support market goals. Maintain customer profiles for referral sources and other key customers in Lotus.
Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources focusing on increased referrals to VibrantCare.
By utilizing the Everyone Sells philosophy, further clinician?s involvement in practice development strategies by facilitating opportunities to educate referral sources on VibrantCare services and clinicians specialty. Track return on investment and referral patterns such as opportunity.
Forster a positive and favorable image of VibrantCare through activities in the Healthcare community in general.
Promote and maintain excellent customer relationships both internally and externally on all levels and provide feedback to the local VibrantCare team.
Assist in the coordination of Public Relations (PR) and marketing activities in a local market area.
Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
May incur up to 10% out of state or regional travel time annually.

Professional selling, reporting, and documentation skills with an ability to maintain confidentiality as appropriate.
Ability to develop and leverage new referral source relationships.
Interpersonal skills that allow the development and maintenance of effective working relationships with branch and center personnel.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Consistent customary service orientation and focus.
Ability to handle multiple meetings and customer contacts per day (normally 8-10).
Working knowledge of national/regional healthcare payor mechanisms.
Required being proficient in Windows-based office technologies (Word, Excel). Preferred and Required Credentials:

BA/BS degree in business or Healthcare related disciplines OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum two years sales experience required.
Minimum two years healthcare experience required.
Minimum two years experience in customer relations/marketing multiple services.
Knowledge/experience in local Healthcare environment and working knowledge of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and outpatient services preferred.
