Description:
- We are seeking an experienced and high-level Medical Receptionist to join our team. (Internal title is Patient Care Coordinator (PCC)). The ideal candidate will possess excellent patient care skills, superior customer service abilities, and advanced tech-savvy skills. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our patients while efficiently managing administrative tasks.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Patient Registration
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Schedule appointments, confirm appointments, and manage the clinic’s calendar.
- Verify patient information and update electronic medical records (EMR) accurately.
- Insurance verifications
- Answering inbound calls/Making outbound calls
- Payment processing along with financial counseling
Schedule:
- M-F, 8 -10hr shifts, Rotational Saturdays
- Travel between our Greater Houston facilities (Sugar Land, Pasadena, The Woodlands, and Beaumont) is required to meet full-time hours. (Travel and mileage reimbursement provided.)

- We currently do not offer paid holidays or paid time off. Our pay is at the 99th percentile for all positions in the locations that we are in. Higher pay has a far higher dollarized value than paid holidays or PTO does. Thus, we do not offer paid holidays or PTO -- we offer the highest pay around.

Required:
- 18-month minimum commitment
- You must have a flexible schedule
- Spanish fluency required
- A+ customer service-oriented attitude, charismatic
- Excellent phone skills
- Tech savviness - Experience with EMR systems and Google Workspace
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
