Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or sales operations experience.
Experience with quantitative and statistical modeling technologies and tools.
MBA or Master's degree.
Ability to think strategically to solve problems.
Ability to influence executive stakeholders across an organization.
Excellent attention to detail, and the ability to present to audiences as needed.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to drive impact in a fast-paced environment.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
As part of the AppDev Strategy & Operations team, you will be responsible for developing the AppDev go-to-market strategy. You will lead the development of solutions to complex, ambiguous, and highly visible business challenges with the goal of increasing Google’s advertising share of wallet with app developers globally. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business and around the world to ensure the smooth execution and implementation of these solutions through the global AppDev sales and marketing teams.
To be successful, you will need to balance strategy and operations. You must be a strategic thinker, an organized project manager, an excellent consumer and leader of analyses, and a strong people influencer and negotiator. You will need to understand the global complexity and local nuances of our business while developing globally applicable strategies and solutions. Finally, you must be comfortable working with senior executives across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and your Strategy & Operations peers to articulate and support the solutions you have developed with your team.
