The Operational Assistant provides direct administrative support to the Department of Anesthesia and Perioperative Care Pain Medicine Division Administrator and Editor. Responsibilities will include calendar management, MyExpense reimbursements, travel arrangement, purchasing assistance, assist with peer reviewed publications list, arranging complex meetings, conferences, and personnel support.
Please note: This is a full time limited position for five to six months only form the date of hire, not to exceed 1000 hours.
