Project Manager
Well established construction management and general contracting firm seeking qualified project manager to join our team. We specialize in custom, high-end renovations and new builds for both residential clients throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New York.
Responsibilities of the Project Manager
Seeking project manager to, among other tasks,
· manage and oversee multiple construction projects
· prepare and manage project schedule
· responsible for material procurement,subcontractor buy-out and management
· collaborate with and advise project owners and architects
· manage daily manpower needs
Qualifications of the Project Manager
· minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, residential background preferred
· experience with MS Project, Outlook, and Timberline preferred
· experience in both leadership and team collaboration
· working knowledge of construction financial reports such as work in progress and cost to complete
