We are seeking an onsite business office manager with rural hospital knowledge and experience. Must understand key performance indicators and managing by the numbers. Able to manage and train registrars, billers, collectors and cash posters. Job requires willingness to travel 100% of time, traveling home every 2-3 weeks. Position Qualifications may include:
Minimum of 5 years hospital revenue cycle management experience required
Must be willing to travel and stay over weekends at the client site and travel home every 2-3 weeks
Knowledge and ability to manage and train registrars. Billers, collectors and cash posters
Proper interpretation and follow-up on contracts with insurance company pertaining to rates, discounts and filing instructions
Proper utilization of federal and state credit collection regulations and guidelines
HIPAA compliance knowledge
Review and QA of EOB’s and RA’s to ensure payments are posted correctly
Understand the importance of Key Performance indicators and managing by the numbers.
Interpret any and all revenue cycle reports
