We are seeking a customer service-oriented IT Technician Level 1. You will provide technical support to fellow team members in an efficient and accurate manner. You will be considered as Friedman’s front liner and will solve basic technical hardware and software problems.
Provide first level resolutions to fellow team members
Properly escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support
Walk team members through problem solving processes
Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed Friedman’s expectations for service
Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure of technical tickets
1+ Years of IT experience in providing support in a business or university setting
Excellent spoken English
Microsoft certifications preferred
Working knowledge of help desk software and remote-control software
Knowledge of basic networking required
Strong desire to learn technology
