Director of Sales

HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS AND SUITES - Seabrook, TX

Full-time

Conduct sales activities related to building hotel revenues and occupancy. Manage professional relationships with clients and designated accounts. Prospect for new business and new contacts. Driving sales and networking with local business community. Create local LNR accounts for qualifying businesses. Sales forecasting and create promotional material and maintain consistent communication with the General Manager to include weekly revenue meetings. Perform outside sales calls to develop new leads and business. Strategize and develop sales plans and budgets. Participate in cold calls each week. Greet and Host all hotel groups and tours on property.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year

Experience:
