Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Industrial Carpenters to join our team for an exciting project in Reno, NV.
PER DIEM FOR DAYS WORKED!!!
PAY: $30/hour
Hours: 50 hours/week
Duration: 3+ months
Start: ASAP
Carpenter Responsibilities:
- Will primarily be building shelves/racks in warehouse setting
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials
- Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes
- Install structures and fixtures, such as windows and molding
- Follow blueprints and building plans to meet client specifications
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tasks
- Collaborate with other carpenters and construction team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Carpenter Requirements:
- Proven experience as a carpenter
- Proficient in stucco, cabinet installation, plaster, trim carpentry, fixture installation, door hanging, and other relevant skills
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
