This person is the primary point of contact with existing customers for all issues, including technical and business items.
Major Responsibilities Include:
Customer Point of Contact – Maintaining a positive customer relationship which enables the customer to bring product to market on time.
Manage New Product Introductions to the factory
Process Customer Orders
Process Job Orders
Manage Engineering Changes
Process Customer Returns
Prepare for and participate in program reviews
Experience/Technical/General Skills Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing. In-depth knowledge of computer software packages such as: Word, Excel, Database applications and some Project Management systems. Demonstrated ability to interact professionally and courteously with staff and clients. Must speak clear English. Able to ensure jobs are followed through to completion. Ability to work in a team environment. Willingness to be trained.
Standard office requirements, including computer and telephone use. Occasional lifting requirements, not to exceed 20 lbs. Occasional local and out-of-town travel, including some air-travel required.
