We are recruiting for a Data Integrity Analyst to join our Supply Chain Team in Louisville, Kentucky.

Responsible for the data integrity of the organization’s Supply Chain ERP system through data governance and standards. Implements or adheres to quality check routines, reviews data input and output, scrubbing/cleansing of data and interacts with the user community across the organization. Responsible for implementation and maintaining Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) codes within the ERP system and ensuring they are attached to product data. Monitors industry trends and updates to ensure data continuity. Ensures global standards are followed through the utilization of the Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN). Directly responsible for governance of data associated with spend, item utilization, vendor and contract which directly impacts the ability to provide meaningful analytics, operational insights and cost drivers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Data Integrity & Analytics
Defines and maintains data integrity and data architecture of the ERP system.

Configures and executes data cleansing activities working with the appropriate leaders of the organization.

Ensures that automated data imports/exports contain appropriate data and run in a timely manner.

Maintains documentation for data integrity standards and related policies as defined by the business stakeholders

Ensures standardization in nomenclature, units of measures (“UOM’s”) for catalogs.

Performs data analysis to identify data integrity issues/trends and reports findings and defines correctional plan.

Develops and implements data correction plans to address issues as they arise

Proactively adds new items to master file through the use of reporting

Vendor Management
Provides oversight to 3rd party providers contracted to manage the virtual item master to ensure monthly updates are executed and duplicates are minimized to reduce downstream transaction errors. Monitors the provider’s performance levels and makes recommendations to address issues.

Transitions new item additions to a proactive function rather than reactive function. Notifies customers of new item additions.

Training Facilitation
Provides ERP training and/or in-service programs for all levels of Supply Chain Management; similar services for other users as required, including train the trainer functions.

Develops and/or contributes to the development and maintenance of user training materials.

System Management
Performs all necessary functions associated with maintaining and utilizing systems including, but not limited to:

Electronic data entry with vendors

Accounts payable purchase order interface

Facility requisitioning processes

Implementation of available reporting tools and SAP add-ins

Monitors and uploads contracts as provided by Strategic Sourcing and Contracting

Oversight responsibility for 3rd party systems data integrity (GHX, [Supplier Tracking], and other add-on’s) and works directly with the providers to ensure acceptable levels of performance.

Ensures corporate data is secured in accordance with IT security policies.

Works with IT to test upgrades to the ERP system and reports back issues and/or concerns.

Participates in functional acceptance testing during system
Business Process Adherence

Adheres to all established Supply Chain Management Enterprise Business Processes (EBPs) as defined and routinely audited. Is responsible for seeking clarification of processes as necessary to ensure standard of work continuity.


Bachelor’s degree or related equivalent work experience

Certified Materials and Resource Professional (CMRP) certification preferred

4 years’ experience in ERP systems and database management required

Technical Skills:
Preferred: SAP ERP experience
Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) at a moderate to advanced level.

Ability to analyze, interpret and make recommendations based on data

Good understanding of information processing as it relates to business

Excellent knowledge of IT/data best practices and database concepts

Good knowledge of application and network security best practices

Experience in monitoring and configuring connections to external databases
